What are the available payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master, AMEX, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email / SMS shortly after your purchase. We will then pack your order usually within 24 hours and arrange for the earliest courier collection. Estimated local delivery is around 2 - 4 business days from the date of order placed. You may also login to check your order status or kindly wait for at least 4 business days before contacting us as more than 99% of our orders are delivered on time.

Why is your pricing so much lower compared to others? 

Normal retailers mark their products up 4-6x. No, they are not overcharging, they just have high expenses to pay, i.e., expensive mall rentals, famous influencers, photoshoots, boutique commissions, costly marketing campaigns. 

We are our own photographer, designer & we work hard and try to keep our marketing costs low. We hope you can share our brand with your families and friends if you love our products, price point & service.

Also, our minimal markup of around 2x results in the lowest pricing you can find - We keep our costs low but we don't skimp on the materials, we want the bulk of your money to go into making a quality apparel, not anywhere else.
