Returns / Exchanges:  In-store exchanges are temporarily unavailable until further notice as we work on exciting improvements. Returns are accepted for store credit on a case-by-case basis (excluding shipping). Accessories (bags, bottles, caps) are non-returnable.

Steps for returns:

  • Email us your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply with the return address.
  • Store credit will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your item. (Shipping fees are non-refundable)

We check our letterbox every alternate working day and will process your store credit once we receive your item in mint condition. Please do not email us for updates after shipping, as tracking your return is your responsibility. (We recommend contacting your mailing service provider for updates.) To maintain our affordable pricing and allocate resources effectively, we will not respond to tracking requests or receipt confirmations. Rest assured, your return will be processed within 7 days of its arrival.


Conditions:

Items must be returned within 15 days, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns showing use (stains, odours, pet hair, etc.) will be rejected.

Items bought on any sale / discount and third-party purchases are non-returnable.

Store credit is valid for 1 year and cannot be refunded or used for additional returns.
Lunablys is not liable for any loss of items during the return process.

Lunablys reserves the right to reject exchanges if the apparel shows signs of use, stains, overstretched, pet furs, not in original packaging.
