No need to register your piece. Everything you need is 
on this page, and your order confirmation email is your 
proof of purchase.

12-MONTH FINISH GUARANTEE

If your piece tarnishes or fades under normal wear within 
12 months of your order date, we'll make it right.

To file a claim, email hello@lunablys.com with:

• Your order number #xxxxx or the email used at checkout
  
• A photo and short video of the issue
  
• If you still have it, a photo of your certificate card alongside the piece, it helps us match your claim faster

We'll get back to you within 3-7 business days.

Don't have your certificate anymore? No problem, your order confirmation works just as well.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

• Loss or theft
  
• Damage from impact, bending, or dropping
  
• Prolonged exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning products
  
• Pieces altered or repaired by anyone outside Lunablys

CARE GUIDE

• Wipe dry after workouts.
  
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion or hairspray.
  
• Rinse if worn in the pool or sea, don't let chlorine or 
  salt water sit on it.
  
• Store dry when not worn.

WHAT IT'S MADE OF

• 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, hand-polished
  [18K Real Gold PVD coating / Mirror finish, depending on the piece]
• Bonded with a palladium barrier layer beneath the coating, the same metal used in fine white gold, for better adhesion and longer-lasting colour.
