Refund policy

At Lunablys, we're committed to providing you with brand-new, high-quality apparels. To maintain our affordable prices, we kindly ask that you exchange items only if they are unworn and have their original tags attached. Thank you for your understanding!

Exchanges: We recommend viewing our Size Guide before purchasing. In-store size exchanges are now available at Macpherson (1-2 min walk from MRT). Exchanges are accepted for size and fit only, not for colour or change of mind. On sale items and accessories such as bags, bottles, caps etc) are non-exchangeable. 

Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns. All purchases are final.

Steps for in-studio exchanges:

• Ensure the item was not purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or through other platforms, and that the request is made within 15 days of purchase.

• Kindly ensure the item is clean, with tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging before your visit. (To be fair to ourselves and other customers, we cannot accept items that are not in mint condition.)

• Address: LTC Building B, 12 Arumugam Rd, #05-12A Singapore 409958 - 2 min walk from Macpherson MRT Exit B. Car parking is also available. 

Steps for exchanges via tracked mailing:

• Email us your order number and reason for return.
  
  
• We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
  
  
• Store credit will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your item. (Shipping fees are non-refundable)
  
  
• We check our letterbox every working day and will process your store credit once we receive your item in mint condition. Please do not demand us to check our letterbox immediately after sending, our local courier takes at least 1-4 days to deliver. To maintain our affordable pricing and allocate resources effectively, we will not respond to tracking requests or receipt confirmations. Rest assured, your return will be processed within 7 days of its arrival.
